Stakeholder involvement in this project has consisted of both organized and informal engagement. An organized of set of interviews took place in late July 2014 to collect data from agencies that would potentially assume the mission of the JBSA RJIS, or otherwise termed, the JBSA-Regional Planning Organization. Prior to and during the development of the JBSA-RJIS, the City of San Antonio engaged in informal communication with various regional stakeholders to brief them on the project. The informational brochure and this website will serve as a tool to continue the informal communication and coordination in an enhanced, organized manner.
